The bodies of 18 refugees were discovered in a truck in Bulgaria

After the bodies of 18 people, including a child, were found inside a truck in Bulgaria, the police announced the arrest of four suspects. The truck, which was abandoned near a village near Sofia, the Bulgarian capital, appears to have been carrying illegal immigrants, police said. Thirty-four people, including five children, were rescued from the truck and sent to regional hospitals for treatment. Microsoft has confirmed that access to its Bing search engine in China has been restored after an outage. The firm did not offer any explanation for why the search engine had been inaccessible. The outage caused concern that the service might have been blocked by the Chinese authorities.
